According to the magazine, some of the Manchester United players reportedly confronted Rasmus Hojlund for speaking to the publication's YouTube channel, which has been critical of the club in recent times. The Danish striker, seemingly oblivious to the context, spoke at length about his sudden rise in form and life in Manchester in general.

The United Stand has come under scrutiny from people who are associated with the club and have been slammed for being critical of the Red Devils. Team-mates of Hojlund are said to have spoken with him about the interview, and told him that the United Stand had made their name by 'slaughtering the club'.
WHAT HAS BEEN SAID
Mark Goldbridge, who runs The United Stand group, has taken to X to respond to the controversy where he wrote: "Jealousy always seems to burn brightest on a Sunday lol! So, that interview took months to put together. Everyone in the club was aware, the player and others were doing media on a training day at Carrington, we were there all morning. If anyone wanted to stop it they could of (sic)."
